Allium christophii
After two days teaching at Leeds University it was lovely to spend some time in the garden this morning, enjoying the late spring flowers - Alliums, Oriental Poppies and Sun-roses all making a glorious show.
In the afternoon Kathryn and I created and photographed a cyanotype as a leaving gift for the outgoing treasurer of the Langdyke Countryside Trust. Rather nerve-wracking, but fortunately we created something that we thought he'd appreciate - a representation of the Langdyke Bush using plant material gathered from Langdyke reserves.
