The mattress is so bad that we've arranged layers of duvets to sleep on, to try stop the feeling of springs poking me in the back.

Chatted with Kyle tonight. We met in San Fran a few months back and it's always great to catch up, amazing how much can change in a few weeks. Infact amazing what can happen in a few hours - he became an uncle while we were on Skype!

In other news, had my first ever nosebleed today - ironically in the middle of a conversation about health and safety insurance.
