Cruise control

One of my favourite races of the year is the Shugborough relays. There's a great friendly atmosphere and all types of runners go off together; men, women, kids and vets. Some of the kids are awesome...well a couple sailed past me at any rate.
This year I went off on the first leg scrum fight mass start with Dave here on the last of our 4 legs finally catching one of those pesky kids!
