I had an appointment with the Diabetes clinic which was very useful. I had a lot of time with the consultant who I was interested to learn is diabetic herself. A couple of little tweaks were suggested.

 I sometimes think that type 1 diabetes is like steering a container ship, you have to do everything two hours before you want it to happen so anything you can do to improve navigation the better it is.

Marian dropped me off and went off to Tesco so once I was out, I phoned her and walked along to meet her. I stopped off at this little channel that runs into the River Teign a little further on. I liked the little tree and the reeds waving in a little bit of sunshine.
