Hand, foot and mouth

My poor Lola is really not well, she is covered in hand foot and mouth and seems to have it really badly. It's on her hands, feet and mouth (obviously) but also of her privates. We have cream for under the nappy. This is a picture of Lola's poorly foot which I actually feel a little concerned about as her heel looks very odd??
