Good advice

Uneventful day at dialysis - I dozed a bit and was able to watch several episodes of one of my favorite television shows, a pleasant surprise.  Doug kindly drove me there and back, because I still can't drive.  This is a photo of the bulletin board at the center, with tips for staying healthy during the holiday season.

Tomorrow Natalie will be coming to help me get the apartment in order.
