Happy Twixmas

What day is it?

I went to Tesco in Baldock early this morning to collect my shopping, well mostly food for the Father in Law who returns today. That done and food round at his house, Carys and I headed to London for her physio review. Trains were shocking. Issues with the signaling cause by something that happened during the engineering work at Christmas but it seems they don't know exactly what  or when they will fix it  We let a pretty busy fast train go, thinking the slow train would be less busy. We had not accounted for the darts at Ally Pally. Oh my goodness the train was full of people in fancy dress so already drinking at before 10.30 am. Standing room only, but we survived!

Physio was good. We were there nearly three hours! C has a little pain towards the beginning but at the end doing the same exercise nothing, so we are hoping it just means she needs to warm up really really well. 

She started doing some gentle Barre work and was really pleased to have put her ballet flats back on. She has instructions for the next week until we go back next Wednesday and then she also has a 121 with her Emma her ex principal on Friday to increase the ballet work in a class  like situation. She can stand in 5th pain free which is a freak step forward.
