I needed a pair....

..... of magenta pink shoes to match a wedding outfit a few years back, found a pair of cream satin shoes in a charity shop, fitted perfectly. Wrong colour. What to do? A flash of inspiration. Beetroot juice dyed shoes.
This pair were screwed to the set of steps, part of the "set dressing" in IKEA, where Sandy & I went for some retail therapy today.
