Big in Tartanalia

As a sequel to the 'See you Jimmy' bunnet episode yesterday, I couldn't believe my eyes, and apparently neither could these four tourists, on passing this guy in the shadow of St. Giles.

I've no idea what he was explaining to them or indeed showing them but certainly their attention seems drawn to something much more interesting. Perhaps the length of his kilt has something to do with it? The guy on the right certainly looks depressed about it whatever it is!
