Calorie Count

Avoiding cigarettes is starting to add major poundage on my body weight. I'm now 185 lbs. and rising. Need to cut down the extra weight coz I'm starting to feel sluggish and going up the stairs is now becoming difficult.

I made a trip to the grocery to replace our unhealthy stash with lower calorie foods and snacks. The plan this time is to lose weight gradually, around 5 lbs. per month so I don't mess with the metabolic rate and BMI stuff (which I never fully understod).

Well, here's to months of calorie-counting and exercise. I hope I'll be able to reach my goal by the end of this year
