Another day in the office

I walked miles today with a colleague of mine, measuring and adding up as we went. It was a perfect day for I, not too hot, no midges. We walked for hours, then managed to get 5 minutes to dip our hot wee feet in the River Lyon. I should've taken a picture from high up but we forgot until we were back down!

Then I was daft enough to play 3 hours of tennis tonight (and we won, yay)! I think I may not want to get up in the morning!

The moves app on my phone says I've set a new daily record (for me) of 25,953 steps! That includes tennis as it was still in my pocket. No wonder I have a wee blister.
