2023 Friday — King Tides

The huge waves and the King Tides together have caused quite a commotion on California’s coast from San Diego to San Simeon the past two days. During high tide the shoreline is covered with water. The sound of the waves is thunderous. My photo is looking toward the condos north of Cayucos pier. More wave water is going up the creek today than creek water pouring into the ocean.
