Injured Little Owl

I haven’t had an owl at home for ages. Last night I met the courier who brings us injured birds from the Kaikoura area. I medicated it overnight, and our vet popped in this morning to pick it up to go to the hospital. It has been clipped by a vehicle. It is looking better than when it arrived.
