Missing ingredient

I planned to make my legendary three cheese pasta dish today. Legendary only because it’s been a while since I’ve made it but every time I see ‘Mac & Cheese’ being touted on social media I tell anyone who will listen that mine is better ;)

Needless to say it’s been such a while since I made it I forgot an essential ingredient I always have flour
