Deep Well

Not been used much this year, weather has not made it necessary, but this is our well, 7 1/2 metres deep (about 25 feet ) and simple, no electricity needed, just muscles. I bored it myself, when I was a lot younger, and so far it is OK. One stroke of the pump raises 1 litre of water, the container holds enough to water the pot plants, then it is get working!!
