Nano artichoke

Those cute little flowers are growing into a very interesting bud, it looks like a mini miniature artichoke, same compact and dense pattern of leaves, then they puff up, morphing into a lovely pink petal.
No idea what they are, but following their growth and transformation everyday is fascinating.
