Poinsettia

The best I could manage today given the awfully wet weather.  I was due to meet CR for a walk from Levens Hall.  She couldn't be persuaded out of the cafe there so we had a good couple of hours catching up and drinking coffee.  Very nice.  She is currently selling her house and moving to the NE to be nearer her daughter and young family.  I will be sorry to see her go but we'll be able to keep in touch and we love to visit Northumberland.

Home and chores and then a quick dash into town to drop off a parcel - not as wet as this morning but still trying pretty hard.
