A Shopping Trip....

....was on Sheila's mind, and she was really looking forward to it. She was having a good breakfast meal to make sure she'd got the energy she needed.

Even though she was meeting her mates for a good post Christmas chit-chat and gossip, she didn't want any distractions, so a good meal before she set off was imperative.

She would be meeting her friend Hetty who could talk the hind legs of a donkey. All in all, it was going to be a good day of catching up, and getting rid of the horrible Post Christmas blues.

So wherever you are, whatever you are doing, take care, and if possible, enjoy  a good chin-wag. If not, try and enjoy a nice cuppa or coffee :-)
