Chinese Lanterns
Up early for us on a Saturday went to the bakers and when I got home I found out that BILs train from Cambridge to Edinburgh had been cancelled.
The next possible train left Ely at 10.15 so I sent a message to bro and said meet you for coffee at 9.45 and off we went. Dropped BIL at the station in plenty of time then coffee with bro.
By the time we got home it was time to get lunch.
After lunch a bit of time with Lightroom quite a few differences and still not a big enough graphics card for all the new features but I think good enough for me. Reworked a few images and printed them and pleased with the results.
Made a batch of sourdough between times for the dance tomorrow evening.
Late afternoon we got a call from Moreen’s twin brother’s alarm company saying he had pressed the alarm and they couldn’t talk to him. They contacted his deceased partners sister who lives just around the corner and she went around and found him on the floor. He had been outside on some steps looking at the shed roof as the felt had blown off. He fell off when coming down and couldn’t get up and had dragged himself to the door.
They had called the ambulance but we were told it would be about 3 hours. We of course went in and waited for the ambulance which came in about 2 hours. They checked him over and decided he needed to go to hospital for a full check. By the time he was taken he was able to stand but not walk so we locked up and came home around 7pm
Cloudy day photography bit low on my list these days so another phone picture nice to find this bit of colour
