Sherlock Holmes

R&M & C  have left us and gone North for an extended New Year/ 30th Birthday party.  We have a quiet house again and can catch up on things recorded, like Lucy Worsley's TV programme about Sherlock Holmes. What a complex character Doyle was.  And the opportunity  to immerse ourselves in Holmes with this jigsaw, while more driving rain falls outside. I guess I'll have to find a Holmes book next .  Looking him up on Wikipedia , I hadn't realised how many other people have written stories about Holmes. Check out this Wiki page,. What a legacy.
