Up in the gods

At the Noel Coward theatre tonight to see "The Cripple Of Innishmaan" in a seelteringly hot and muggy London. Starring Daniel Radcliffe as "cripple Billy" set in 1930s Ireland its one of those plays that, despite the fact that all the actors were superb (Daniel himself was faultless in both Irish accent and performance - superb), I'm not sure it was a play worth doing.

Am sure its not the writers best play. Probably like most stylised works, if you don't 'get' the style then you're on a loser from the start.

Always good to be at the Theatre though. Hardly ever go up in the Gods so was amazed at how high it felt walking in up here...
