Gonna wash that year right out of my hair...

So, happy new calendar day... as you can see, winter continues pretty much as it has since seemingly forever... is this the new climate? Probably time to eBay those sledges and buy new wellies... and a boat. No filters were used here, only a slow shutter, on what looks rather abstract.

I started to do the normal review of 2023 and the predictions for 2024... But it became quite dark, quite quickly. I read a lot of science fiction and have long realised that pretty much whatever happens sci-fi got there first. 

Choose your storyline, buckle up and when you hear the words, "brace, brace", well, you know. More likely Mad Max than Starfleet.

However it comes, though, find the good if you can. 

My thanks and blessings to this community for the inspiration that a simple picture and a few words can bring. May clearer heads surface, and take the reins of power from those who would urge us closer to what my mother confidently calls the end times. May the new year bring peace.
