Knottwater

This is the name we give to this temporary lake. After several weeks of almost daily rains this lake develops as a result of run off seeping through the limestone of Arnside Knott.

A much better morning than expected with sun and a very light breeze.
And another agreeable surprise on the way home. The price of petrol seems to have fallen by 10pence per litre overnight.
