A baking day

The mild weather has turned nasty. Colder with a sharp wind so I had no choice but to make bread.

It’s been ages since I did this and the loaf is a bit rustic looking.

The first slice was served with crushed avocado but I’m too nervous to show this for fear of antagonising the air miles police.
