at least the southwest corner of it. It rained early in the afternoon but cleared up before sunset leaving the pavements wet enough to give us some reflections.

The challenge tonight is to stay awake enough to nip outside just before midnight to re-enter at the stroke of midnight (to let in the New Year) and if I'm lucky have a mince pie.
