Greek recipe time

Backblip for Saturday.  I have always liked all things Greek - the country, the people, the food. I lived in Athens for a few months back in the 70s, and one thing I remember well is Spanakopita - Spinach and feta pie. Today I finally got round to attempting to make it;  it was easier than I thought, and the result in crispy filo was pretty tasty.  Definitely something I will make again.  :-)
