Start Me Up . . . The Rolling Stones

It is windy today and that deterred us from going to the beach.  I don't make resolutions but we all thought a walk was needed.  A few years ago TLD taught her dad to do push ups using the benches on the track and he still does ten at each bench he passes.  Today she has added squats.  I did not join in.  The extra is the sunny day and the view over Richmond as we walked down.
Off to the sister in laws for dinner and I have to whip the cream for the trifle.
