Lift-off

Happy new year everyone! The last day of freedom before settling back (probably slowly!) into the work routine tomorrow.

I can't wait to get out and shoot some proper wildlife with my new long lens, but it is really quite gloomy here now after a nice morning. However, I did spot this crow (rook?) up on next-door's roof and managed a quick snap as it flew off. Here's to brighter days ahead!
