Rhône Valley Skyline …

… wishes you a very Happy and Healthy 2024 (reflected in the same puddle from 21st December but looking very different). The valley floor is even more saturated after last night’s rain. I went on to the Grand Canal hoping to see a kingfisher (I always hope!) but no luck. However I saw the two young grebes practising their moves for a bit later in the year … young love in extra.

A cold swim then a delicious lunch at a friend’s home. Just got home and it is dark already at 5.30!
