First swim of 2024!

This is the third year of me swimming in the sea - I started in 2022 and have tried to go as many mornings as I can. Autumn and Winter of 2023 have been a bit of a washout - lots of storms and poor conditions for swimming. Luckily, I can come down to Southwick’s Kingston Beach and swim where it’s MUCH calmer. It’s not the most beautiful swim spot, being right next to the entrance to Shoreham Harbour, but you won’t get rolled around like a ping pong ball in a bucket! Happy New Year!
