New Year's Day Parkrun

MONDAY - NEW YEAR'S DAY

After a seven week break from running due to injury and illness I have now completed my second Parkrun of the holiday long weekend with an early morning trip to Ruthin.

I also managed to improve on Saturday's time and completed the course at the Memorial Playing Fields in 29m 16 s. The photographer shot me as I was approaching the finishing funnel.
