At last a red squirrel

Mine Wood in Bridge of Allan, where we stay when we're in Scotland, has both red and, the dreaded, grey squirrels. The greys carry the squirrel pox virus which they are immune to but which they pass to the reds and they die a horrible death. So I was really pleased to see that the reds are managing to hang on  in Mine Wood and during a brief window of reasonable weather was able to capture this shot. Every time I've seen one I haven't been prepared so I was a happy chappie when I got this shot!
