Happy New Year!

Saying goodbye to the old year and hello to the new. I appreciated the inspirational quotes after trekking uphill for 75 minutes.

Today had been spent walking up Rivington Pike with Brian, Jed and Rowan. Beautiful day and the weather held for us. There are two shack style cafes near to Rivington Pike and both were having connection issues... One had no hot drinks and the other no way of paying without cash. The boys had fizzy drinks and muffins whereas I waited to call in at my Mum's on the way home for a proper brew.

More dog walks later in the day and a visit to Brian's family.
