New Year's Day

For the past few years we have travelled to Blackpool and the Fylde Coast to enjoy the fresh air of the new year.  This year was no exception - except - this year we carried on down to Fleetwood and had a stroll on the Promenade there (after a really tasty MacDonald's ¼ Pounder - with Fries).
Whilst returning to the car we passed the FBK (Fleetwood Beach Kiosk) who was just about to shut up shop for the day.  I think they may have had quite a good day - it was mainly fine (showers appearing late afternoon) and with lots of walkers (and dogs) about.
Home now and ready for Haggis & neeps - and a large wee dram :-) :-)
