No Clue

I have no idea what this person might be doing. 

This is only one of two blurry shots I took out the car window while driving Mr Mole around a bit for some fresh air and a change of scenery. 

There was a very low ceiling of gray cloud cover all day.  The promised snow didn't arrive.  Boo!
