Yay it's Friday!
Summer Solstice and all that; shame it's a bit dull and damp really. Bruce and Caley still enjoyed their morning walk though and we did decide on what direction to go in the end!
Visit number pause for effect 3 to the gym and week 5 of couch to 5k completed! We are feeling a little bit more confident about completing it now.....
Tonight I'm hoping we'll get our accommodation booked in Amsterdam too; probably a good idea since we go in less that 2 weeks!
