Gyozaen
Sorry that I'm uploading almost a week ago. I tried to upload the photo several times, but I always fell a sleep while I'm writing text and went to the bed...
Gyozaen is a small dumpling restaurant in Nankinmachi (Nanjingjie in Mandarin) in Kobe and has 60 years history. The founder is a Japanese had trading business in "Manchuria" while WWII. After the war, he missed tastes of China and decided to open a dumpling restaurant. Actually, many Japanese lived in China or Manchuria at the war time loved Chinese cuisine.
Not only dumplings, Zazhamian (noodles) is ls also their famous dish.
Not only dumplings Zazhamian is also very famous and my son loves the noodles. Well, the combination is a bit funny, but it's now taste of Kobe.
