Ostia Antica
We visited Ostia Antica today. It is an amazing Roman port city about 30 minutes by Metro from Rome.
It is tragic that it is so little known. After braving huge crowds in central Rome, there were perhaps 30-40 other people at Ostia Antica.
If you are in Rome pay it a visit.
