One of those days!

Started well with heavy rain for my walk with Luce (she wasn’t bothered) but it seems my waterproof trousers are no longer fully waterproof. Then we had a power cut.

I was out this afternoon but initially the road up to the hills was closed due to a fallen tree but I luckily knew a cut through. Then when almost at my destination yet another tree down which is my blip. Again I knew the way to get around but it did take extra time. Luckily the next obstacle being flood water was not too deep.

Roads still closed on the way home - hopefully it’ll all be cleared by tomorrow.
