I developed a bad headache - oops! So nothing watched this evening.


While doing repetitive tasks at work, I listened to the remainder of "Escaping Twin Flames". I had been disturbed by the account of cult-victims, not used to hearing about cults from the point of view of the members; usually documentaries seem to focus on the cult leader, and in this case the people's experiences were also particularly recent.

Listened to Thomas Strønen, "Time is a Blind Guide", which was much more soothing.



In future, I will look for some less upsetting media!
