New Year's Day parkrun

Very muddy and slippy woods but a fab parkrun for E's final RD stint. I was lucky enough to do First Timer's Welcome once again. We welcomed tourists from all over Essex and some from further afield including Germany.  There were also some first timers who appreciated the welcome.

C and N returned to Leeds. I shall miss having a busy house but will be glad of the space in C's room to do some painting. C messaged to say that she lost 5lb over the 2 weeks at Christmas, I am surprised and delighted as she continues her quest to reach her goal and defeat the diabetes.
