Paying for yesterday…

Today has been a relentlessly higher pain day and I have achieved very little. Feeling very frustrated and looking forward to springtime!

I have tried to rest - perhaps yesterday’s walk was too much and I have overstretched myself. 

I’m starting physiotherapy later this week and really hope that it will provide me with some relief.

I tried to read some of this book today but my concentration levels were low. I have joint hypermobility syndrome as well as fibromyalgia and I am hoping the physiotherapist I am assigned with have a good understanding of it as it causes me numerous symptoms including additional chronic pain.

Hoping tomorrow is a better day but not feeling too hopeful :) xx
