Creamy leek & Taleggio pasta

This recipe popped up on the Mob Instagram page and so we decided we'd try it out...and it was absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend!

Perfect after another walk around Chopwell woods where we spotted a deer and a red kite.
We then watched Oppenheimer, which was very interesting, and waited for Jools Holland to welcome in the New Year. (Backblip).
