Beautiful Christmas Eve (backblip).

Hubby and I had the cinema to ourselves for the streaming of The Nutcracker ballet from the Royal Opera House, London. Ice cream in the interval was a lovely treat too. 
We then met up with our youngest daughter for Midnight Mass, which was actually at 7pm. Our eldest daughter wanted to join us too but was away with her in-laws celebrating a 90th birthday! 
We then broke with tradition and went for an Indian meal at a restaurant next door to the cathedral. 
We had the restaurant all to ourselves too! It was absolutely delicious despite being so quiet.
