after a very kind friend - helped me get a couple - of errands done - i succumbed to a fairly - significant migraine again - although i’ve not really - wanted to face this truth - i am beginning to suspect - it might be a reality - my system has grown tolerant - to the current regime - of medications i use - to treat my migraines - both prophylactically as well - as at onset which is - disturbing news at best

over the years - me and my team of doctors - have carefully developed - after much trial and error - a highly successful - treatment protocol which until now - has proven to be very successful - but for whatever reason - over the past few months - i’ve truly been struggling - with that success rate - it could just be a cycle - or a series of new weather - patterns changing over the mountains - with barometric pressures - and such happening - not unheard of when - living in mountainous regions - all that to say - i just need - to keep an eye on things - before making any kind of - radical changes or alterations

for now i resorted - to a favorite standby - of adult coloring - and went with a project - suited for the season of course - a winter scene in subtle - pastel shades so as not to - be too overwhelming - and to be certain of leading to…
