'Green shoots'

Following a disastrous inspection report in work we were 'revisited' last week. The report was published this week and the buzz words being used to summarise it are 'There's green shoots'. I have spent the week contemplating these words and also getting agitated by everyone saying it! When I saw these lovely flowers in our favourite coffee shop earlier I realised what beauty 'green shoots' can provide. I want the splendour!
