My good news…
My shoulder is on the mend!
No need for keyhole surgery thank goodness.
Celebration was a sports massage.

I resisted going into this sweet shop
Knowing sugar is not part of my treatment plan :-))
Only natural fruit and 85% dark chocolate:-()
