Swimming in the ‘tropical ‘ pool!

An action packed day at Center Parcs. First I went for a 3 mile walk to see some of the site and various venues. Then swimming in the Trocpical Paradise with the family. It’s around 30 years since I was last at a Center Parcs and I felt less enthusiastic about all the slides etc than then! However the warm water was nice, the outdoor rapids and the jacuzzis! I watched the children coming down the big slides.

After we went on the land train round the whole site and to the Sports Plaza. A huge indoor complex. The grandchildren had their first go at roller skating and progressed well in an hours session. It was quite crowded as such a rainy day again so good that there are lots of indoor activities,

Our lodge is really good, very comfortable  although we can’t get the sauna to heat up…not too bothered about it though.
