Emergency blip. I have been busy and not got out today. Bailed on a cycle ride with a friend as fearing for the roads and the debris left on them after storm Henk. Zwifted on the indoor bike trainer instead. Christmas decs cleared away and furniture rearranged. Washing and hoovering before a very short sit down before they all came home. Now at work. Night shift ahead.
