Another Plan

So, the worktop on my island unit is not working for me. Not least (partly my fault and partly the builder), there is a join in the middle which means the whole thing is unstable. So i am considering replacing with a quartz top. I know, another vanity project you will tell me (secretly I would like to do the worktop as well but financially that is not on at the moment. where do you stop?) So - design team - which top to choose? I think probably the middle one.
